Students can submit event requests through the form below for events they wish to organize. (After the request, communication will be made through the contact channels provided in the form, and the request will be answered either positively or negatively.)
Academic
For events organized by academic/administrative staff, the process for requesting the event venue is defined as follows:

The event coordinator should contact the authorized personnel to check the availability of the requested venue on the desired date and time. If the venue is available, a Pre-Reservation should be made.

After the pre-reservation process, the event coordinator should fill out the "Event Information Form" linked below and submit it to the department through the EBYS system.

The document received from EBYS will be forwarded to the authorized personnel, and the event coordinator will be informed about the final reservation.
Note 1: If the "Event Information Form" is not submitted, the final reservation will not be made.
Note 2: In case of date conflicts, requests from the Rectorate will be prioritized.
